Our measure if success is determined by the quality and speed with which we help the out placed job seeker find their next job.

 


 

We do not determine our success by measuring the number of advisory sessions conducted. CTAG builds on and demonstrates success through our support and success of the individual finding his or her next job in the fastest possible time frame.  We assist each employee, providing them with world class resume writing support.  Our in house support staff monitors daily, networks, job bulletin boards, career placement placement advertisement, etc. for timely and highly relevant job leads.  The findings, based on relevance, are then passed on to the job searcher and his or her Career Advisor.

 


 

Success Rates depend a lot on the profile of the individual in transition.  For example, senior executives often have different statistics than entry level employees.  Similarly, the results can vary based on geography, industry, and function.  Once we engage with you to learn more about your specific employee groups, we can then provide you with an estimated success rate based on our most recent data.  Generally, junior level employees are finding jobs within 2-3 months, and senior level employees are finding jobs within 4-5 months.  This is a general guideline based on broad statistics.
