We do not determine our success by measuring the number of advisory sessions conducted. CTAG builds on and demonstrates success through our support and success of the individual finding his or her next job in the fastest possible time frame.  We assist each employee, providing them with world class resume writing support.  Our in house support staff monitors daily, networks, job bulletin boards, career placement placement advertisement, etc. for timely and highly relevant job leads.  The findings, based on relevance, are then passed on to the job searcher and his or her Career Advisor.

 


 

Success Rates depend a lot on the profile of the individual in transition.  For example, senior executives often have different statistics than entry level employees.  Similarly, the results can vary based on geography, industry, and function.  Once we engage with you to learn more about your specific employee groups, we can then provide you with an estimated success rate based on our most recent data.  Generally, junior level employees are finding jobs within 2-3 months, and senior level employees are finding jobs within 4-5 months.  This is a general guideline based on broad statistics.

Do you offer an coaching or tips on interviewing?

As a part of the service the Career Advisor sets up an initial strategy session with each and every individual so that they get a good understanding on how our program works and how the individual can best utilize our services to re-position themselves for a future job.

 


 

An integral and essential part of our services include mock interview sessions.  We find comprehensive mock interview “practice sessions” as the best method for ensuring a successful interview.

What are the qualifications of the people helping our employees find a new job?

CTAG advisory staff is comprised of a variety of specialized skill sets expertise cultivated from many industries.  Our Career Advisory Specialist has an average of 20+ years of experience. These individuals have extensive backgrounds in executive management, recruiting and knowledge of what it takes to find a job.  They follow our proprietary methodology and leverage their specialized knowledge and deep experience to help guide the individual through their job search.

 


 

Once the assessment has been completed, we provide, we provide each individual with a resume that tells his or her story.  The resume writer has deep experience in writing resumes for the particular field or industry. However, it is NOT the job of the resume writer to write an individual’s resume but to assist in their development of a resume and cover letter that best describes the value as a potential employee.  We also employ a variety a wide variety of senior specialists on the team that provide training through webinar broadcast.

 

Bottom line-each individual have a custom-built team of experienced professional that all align a single mission: to help each individual prepare and find a new job quickly!

How will our employees access your services?

We assign one of our Career Advisors to each of your employees, so that they have a dedicated point of contact and support throughout the program.

How does your company stay informed on what’s happening with the employees in the program?

CTAG tracks the progress of each client. We use weekly reports as an assessment tool to measure the progress of each individual. Our report data includes job search and job acceptance activities.


 

There are a variety of different things we can do to keep you well informed on your transitional employees, and we will work with you to structure a reporting schedule and program that works for you.
